China's wind turbine manufacturers to receive tax rebate
The Chinese government has begun refunding value-added tax (VAT) and import duties on core wind power turbine parts and materials in a move to promote the development of clean energy, the Ministry of Finance announced on Wednesday.
The rebate will be backdated to Jan. 1, according to a statement posted on the ministry's website.
Meanwhile, the country is to cancel its tariff-free policy on imports of wind turbines with a capacity less than 2.5 megawatts.

Wind turbine principle
The principle of wind power is the use of wind drivenwindmill blade rotation, and then through the growth machine will improve the speed of rotation, to encourage power generators. The wind energy into electricity using wind energy is the most fundamental way. There are wind turbine wind round, generators (including installation), transferred to the (tail), the tower, speed and security agencies, and other components of energy storage devices
Ultra-low-speed wind turbine for a rotating disk by a fixed set, the wind round leaves, fixed wheel, legislation to strength, collecting ring set, the rudder-under Weiduo and composition of the inverter system. Rotating disk and a fixed set of the system of generators, inverters, including 50 Hz sine wave oscillator, plastic circuits, low-voltage circuit and the output of the inverted push-pull circuit. The system of the advantages of generators, first built with ultra-low-speed characteristics of pressure, in the leaves of speed to less than 100 per minute when the normal power generation, weak wind region for the development and utilization of wind resources to provide a new way to the second is the structure Simple, non-core slot and no armature winding, easy maintenance, long life
Thewind energy into electricity using wind energy is the most fundamental way. There are wind turbine wind round, generators (including installation), transferred to the (tail), the tower, speed and security agencies, and other components of energy storage devices. Wind turbine works is relatively simple, the wind round in the wind under rotation, it lookout kinetic energy into mechanical energy of the wind axle. Wind generators in the axle driven rotary power generation.
Wind round is set wind devices, it is the role of the flow of air with the wind energy into mechanical energy of the rotating wheel. General wind turbine wind round by two or three blades pose. In wind turbine, a generator has been used in three types, namely, DC generators, alternators synchronous and asynchronous exchange generator.
Wind generator to the tune of the functions is to make wind turbine wind round at any time to Ying Zhaofeng, so that they could maximize access to wind energy. Almost all of the general wind turbine is used to control tail wind round of the wind direction. Tail of the thin material is usually available in galvanized steel.
Speed limit of security agencies is to ensure that the safe operation of the wind turbine. Speed limit of the security agencies can set up round of the wind turbine wind speed of the wind speed in a certain area to maintain basically unchanged.
Wind turbine tower is the support of institutions, slightly larger than the wind turbine tower used by the general composition of the round steel or angle steel truss structure. Wind-power output of wind speed and the size. Because of the nature of the wind speed is extremely unstable, the output power of the wind turbine is also extremely unstable. A wind power generator is generally can not be directly used in the electrical, must be saved. Currently wind turbines for more than batteries used in lead-acid batteries
